Teams with a 2-2 record faced off during the game day. MOUZ defeated MIBR with a 2:0 score, HEROIC prevailed over NAVI (2:1), and FaZe emerged victorious against FURIA (2:1).

The final list of playoff participants includes The MongolZ, Team Vitality, G2, Team Spirit, Team Liquid, MOUZ, HEROIC, and FaZe Clan.

The Shanghai Major playoffs will begin on December 12, with the tournament final scheduled for December 15. The playoff bracket follows a single-elimination format with best-of-three matches.

The prize pool for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 is $1,250,000.
